I've stitched a lot this week. First, I finished the last bit of my Last Ripe Berries by Blackbird Designs. I didn't do the lazy daisy butterfly accents, but I love it.
Then, I finished my Flea Market Flowers by Lori Holt. I loved this stitch. The colors are so pretty.
Finally, I started AND finished, Stitch Together by The Tiny Modernist. This one was SO pretty, I couldn't wait to do it. It's stitched on 32-count Vintage Stormy Night Lugana, using DMC. It looks so good on this color.
Can't believe I've neglected this for so long. Too much life has gone on. But now I am back and I am going to try to post more often. So watch for more content and more regularity!!
Today is so extremely hot here. 102 degrees does not make anyone feel great that I know. I am so grateful to have central AC in our house, thanks to my handyman husband who can do anything!!!
Not much cooking going on, but the cross-stitching has been going on daily. I will be posting some pictures over the next few days.
Starting a new adventure today, the wonderful world of sourdough. I LOVE sourdough bread, muffins, rolls, you name it, yummmm.
Following a couple of blogs and joined some Facebook groups to learn all I can about it, plus I'm reading all the books I can check out from the library.
Got my starter... started, today. I guess it's customary to name your starter, so we'll see over the next week if I can come up with a clever name, haha.
